CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.
Provide me with a proper reference sheet of your character and explain the detailed scenario of how you would like me to draw them.
Currently only accepting payment through PayPal/Ko-Fi.
you have the right to request three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
you have the right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Finished piece will be delivered digitally via Email or Gdrive.
You are required to contact me in a fast and responsive manner for faster drawing completion. Mutual talk is fine, it doesn't have to be business stuff (as long as we get to talk respectfully).
Finished product cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
You do not have the right to use the product in any media that includes political related stuffs, hate speech and anything related to it.
You do not have the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions related to it.
You do not have the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions related to it.
I have the right to refuse or suggesting other options to your request if it's too complicated to draw or if it makes me uncomfortable.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: DECEMBER 2025This contract applies to me as the artist and you as the customer. By ordering a commission from me, you agreed to the following terms and conditions:ORDERING METHODS
1. You can contact me on any of my social media below, but it is recommended to contact me on instagram or discord instead because it is more easier and i'm much more active there.
2. If i still haven't answered the DM's or you're not able to contact me through the DM's, you can also notice me on the comments of my posts or ask a friend to tell me about it.The reason for it is either because some message can get buried if there are many customers, or i am not in condition to reply messages or to draw.REQUIREMENTS
1. Provide me with a proper reference sheet and other extra explanations to avoid unnecessary questions (and also makes the proccess a bit faster too). You can also send me multiple art of your character so i will have a better understanding when drawing it.
2. It is also recommended to bring a pose or scenario references that resemble your request to make it easier for me to figure it out and draw it.
3. You can request custom canvas size or orientation, the default canvas will adjust to your character's pose.PAYMENTS
1. At the moment, the only payment method i accepted is Paypal and Ko-fi.
2. Full payment after you are satisfied with the sketch.
3. No refund or cancellation after payment.
4. For locals/Indonesians only: If you still insist on buying commissions with IDR, then you have to pay the price according to the current USD to IDR conversion (e.g $15 = IDR 249.780K, $30 = IDR 499.560K, etc.). Also i accept payment through Gopay for this one.REVISIONS
1. You have the right to request three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
2. You have the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail.PRODUCT DELIVERY
1. The finished product will be delivered via Email or Gdrive. You can discuss which one is more comfortable to you.
2. After the product have been delivered, it is your responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case you lost the files.
3. By default, the delivered product will include two pieces, the full drawing and only the character with transparent background. You can discuss this first to your liking.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
The Product received is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me / the seller. This will require a separate agreement to define the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.You do not have the right to use the product in any media that includes political related stuffs, hate speech and anything related to it.You do not have the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions related to it.You do not have the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions related to it.CANCELLATIONS
1. I have the right to refuse or suggesting other options to your request if it's too complicated to draw or if it makes me uncomfortable.
2. You can cancel your request only at the sketching phase or if there is only a little progress have been made.
✅ I WILL DRAW
Furries, humans, fanarts as long as it doesn't include anything that i won't draw.Other stuffs like creatures ( e.g monsters, kaiju, ferals), slight blood and gore, and small mechanical body parts can still be discussed.
❌ I WON'T DRAW
NSFW, extreme gore, mechs and vehicles, guns, complicated background and scenery.
NOTICE: The price is doubled from the base price for each extra character you add.

The classic Meji style you often see in my social media pages. Simple shaded and a bit anime-ish.You can also request this style without any shading/flat colored.

An experimental BNW style with grayscale coloring and halftone technique.Although the style is still experimental like i said, feel free to try choosing this style and become one of my experiment subject if you're interested!

Random Doodle of your choosed character with various poses on one canvas!You can request any specific poses or let me choose random poses that will fit to your character (creative freedom).You can also request which style you wanna use, or add texts or elements to fill up and decorate the canvas.
